Client Good Faith Exam (A)

A consultation is required for all new clients and must be renewed annually. During this visit, you’ll meet with a nurse practitioner via telehealth for a Good Faith Exam, which ensures you’re cleared to safely receive any treatments offered at GLOW Vitamin Lounge. This exam is required once per year, unless there is a change in your medical condition.
